How many photographers are allowed on the property at one time?

To provide the best experience for everyone, reservations are intentionally limited. The Farm is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to three photographers at a time, allowing everyone plenty of room to create.

Can my client pay the reservation fee?

Absolutely! Most photographers include the reservation fee in their session pricing or have clients pay it directly, especially when the client chooses The Farm as their session location. Clients are happy to have a beautiful location! 

What happens if it rains?

If weather prevents your session, we'll gladly work with you to reschedule your reservation based on availability.

Is there a restroom and dressing room?

Yes! A restroom and a private dressing room are available for you and your clients.

Can I bring props?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring props that complement your session. We simply ask that you remove everything you bring, pickup trash and return any farm furniture or décor to its original location before you leave.

Can I pick flowers to use in our photos or take home? 

You're welcome to photograph on the paths next to the flowers, but please do not pick them unless you've purchased a cup ($20) or pitcher ($25). It's a fun add-on that many clients enjoy taking home after their session!

Can my clients bring their dog?

As much as we love animals, pets are not permitted on the property. Because we have horses and other farm animals, we maintain a no-pets policy for the safety of both your pets and ours. Thank you for understanding.

What if my session runs longer than my reserved time?

If your session extends beyond your reserved time and additional time is available, it will be billed
at $15 per 15-minute increment.

what are the farm guidelines? 

To help us keep The Farm beautiful for everyone, we ask that all photographers and clients:

• Stay on designated paths whenever possible and do not walk through flower beds or planted areas.

• Please do not enter the barn or fenced areas where the horses are located.

• Please do not enter any buildings on the property, including private residences or the photography studio. The only exceptions are the restroom and dressing room, which are clearly marked for your use.

• Respect your reserved start and end times.

• Return any farm props or furniture to their original location.

• Remove all trash and personal belongings before leaving.

• Be courteous to other photographers and their clients.

• Follow all safety guidelines around horses, fences, and farm equipment.
