Life has a way of making us forget just how incredible we truly are. My passion is to help women see their beauty, strength, and worth—just as they are, right now. I know firsthand how self-doubt and negative beliefs can hold us back. If I had seen myself differently earlier in life, my journey would have been so much easier. But once I had my own breakthrough, I knew I had to share this with others.
That’s why my dear friend, Darlene, and I traveled to Idaho for specialized training to lead life-changing workshops and retreats for women and girls. Together, we founded Restore to Soar, a space for growth, healing, and empowerment.
Our retreats and workshops cover a range of topics, from stepping into your power and learning to set healthy boundaries to appreciating your journey and discovering how your struggles have shaped you—not defined you. We also offer hands-on creative workshops where you can learn a new skill, express yourself, and reconnect with joy.

We will be offering all kinds of workshops and retreats. Life changing workshops that'll give you tools for living the life you desire and to flourish, as well as ones to cultivate a new hobby... maybe something fun that you have always wanted to learn, such as painting, writing or flower arranging.
The Workshops for young girls, tweens and teens remind girls that they are amazing just the way they are. They are not a number on a scale, what society thinks is beautiful or the words that others say.
