Why I am so Passionate about Tween Empowerment

For the first 40 years of my life, I hated myself. This lack of confidence controlled how I interacted with people and affected every aspect of my life. I married my first husband very young, searching for love because I didn’t have a father in my life, and constantly sought love elsewhere instead of loving myself. That marriage was very controlling, and I lost my voice even more. No confidence can last for years, affecting choices people make in relationships, jobs, and more. If only there had been a Tween Empowerment Experience when I was younger.

I am extremely passionate about helping others see their worth, which is why I also started a worldwide kindness movement and hold workshops and retreats for ladies and girls. I want to empower this next generation to avoid the struggles I faced and to grow up knowing their true value.

The “Bloom Your Own Way” Tween Empowerment Experience

1. The Photo Session: We’ll have a fun, uplifting photo session where tweens express themselves freely and feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. They get to see how stunning they are.
2. The Surprise: Before the session, we will work together on something special, a surprise from people who know and admire them – friends, family, favorite teachers or coaches…loved ones.
3. The Big Reveal: When you return to view the photos, you’ll be treated to a custom slideshow. As your child’s images appear on the screen, he or she will be thrilled and shocked to see our surprise along with their beautiful images affirming their inner beauty and character. This is a life-changing and powerful reminder that their worth is far more than what is seen on the outside.
